Refund & Return Policy – Psycho Labs

At Psycho Labs, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days only if the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, along with proof of purchase. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened, used, tampered, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by Psycho Labs. In case of damaged or wrong products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Psycho Labs reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
