Psycho Labs strives to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues and are therefore only estimated timelines, not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, Psycho Labs is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at the time of placing the order, and Psycho Labs will not be liable for failed deliveries or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the shipment is returned due to an error on our part. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon successful delivery, and any visible damage, leakage, or tampering must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof for resolution.
